What should I take for lunch? That is often a question I get asked by people in my clean eating groups. So how healthy is your lunch?
We often opt for frozen meals like Lean Cuisine because hey, it sounds healthy right? However, most of those frozen meals are loaded up with salt like most processed foods. We’ve become a nation of fast and convenient and unfortunately our health is suffering. The solution: back to basics ~ like when they did that in the schools :)!
If you’re trying to lose weight, feel better, get off your meds, or just be healthy then you just HAVE to go back to cooking your own food, and you MUST read the ingredient list. It’s just a fact! Maybe not what you want to hear, but the truth and all the experts will tell you the same thing. Fit people cook ~ pretty much everyday. BUT I’m here to tell you that it doesn’t have to be hard.
