Fun Cardio Workout? Really?
Personally I DISLIKE cardio – BUT I’ve found that I actually LIKE the workouts from most of the programs I do BECAUSE they’re FUN!!!
It’s NOT the same old repetitive movements – like hanging out on the treadmill for 30 mins(I used to do this while watching the food channel :P!), or the elliptical, or bike(though sometimes that’s what you have to do IF you have injuries)
This workout is from the Hammer and Chisel program(which is included in the All Access Pass) and it’s called Chisel Agility. THIS is SOOOOOOO much more fun – because it’s like Simon Says. The trainer, Autumn Calebrese – creator of the 21 day fix and those helpful portion containers, calls out what to do and you do it.
I always liked simon says and green light red light 🙂!!!
