What is Focus T25? Basically it’s a program to get you in shape just working out 25 minutes per day, 5 days a week. Now that’s my kind of program!
phase you’ll create the foundation that you need to carry you through to the beta phase which will add some strength training workouts. I really enjoyed the shorter workouts, especially after doing p90x. These are also great cardio workouts to use in between other programs you might be doing.
I noticed that this workout really improved my hip flexor flexibility and took inches and fat off my stomach and got me some ab definition too!
