When I first started my fitness journey I got up every morning at 5:30 to workout downstairs in my living room. I was doing it to lose weight because I was unhappy with how I was feeling, looking, and my pants were strangling me!! Not a fun feeling 🙁 I continued to workout just to lose weight and keep it off, but I never thought beyond that really.

Fast forward to today!
I now workout inside so that I can do fun stuff outside like skiing or going to the adventure park to challenge myself and because it’s fitness fun. Fitness fun is exercise that you enjoy, love and is FUN!
I’m also afraid of heights, but when you’re up there and just trying to get across a section you don’t really think about being 40-60 ft above the ground. I NEVER would have thought that I would be doing this fitness fun stuff at the age of 52. Funny how when you’re younger that seems SO old, but now it doesn’t at all because I’m really in the best shape I’ve ever been in. And you know what??? YOU can do it too!!! It’s NEVER too late to start – the starting is often the hardest part – so I encourage YOU to reach out to me because I can help you work towards getting healthier – physically and financially!!
