Are YOU a Chip-a-holic like me? I don’t think I’ve met a chip that I don’t like :)! Bad, I know! So what is one to do? While we really should just eat whole fruits and vegetables and lean proteins, sometimes you just wanna snack! And something crunchy that’s not celery right? Well, check out our video to at least see a healthier option and so you’ll know a little bit more of what to look for when you grab that next chip. Remember that reading the ingredients is the number one way to find a healthier chip option.
